You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights

You retain ownership of images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing our services. Generated images are owned by you for personal and commercial use as permitted by your subscription plan.

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Subscription payments are handled through PayPal and are subject to their terms of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

VTO AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
